Distribution companies are responsible for meter reading and addressing your technical/physical problems about your meter and the system. Distribution Companies read your meter index values and report them to a central system. As the Supplier Company, we are responsible for billing based on these values and the discount rate/price and your contract terms. You can get support from your Distribution Company about your technical problems and from our institution about other problems.
There will be no change in the quality and continuity of the electricity you use due to working with İSETAŞ. The Distribution Company is obliged to continue its services to all companies in equal quality, distance and scope.
We would like to underline that TRT Share, Energy Cost, BTV, Distribution Cost, YEK (the Law on Renewable Energy) payments do not belong to the supplier company and that we, as İSETAŞ, are only the intermediary in the collection of these payments. As per the laws and regulations, relevant amounts are transferred to the bank accounts of Turkish Radio and Television Corporation, Ministry of Energy, Municipalities, Distribution Companies and Energy Markets Operation AŞ, in return for declaration and invoice on the dates set by these institutions.
Objections to the invoice do not stop the payment process! If the erroneous transaction is detected and resolved, it will be settled in your next invoice.
Reactive Cost is caused by exceeding the Inductive/Capacitive consumption limits set in the legislation. To avoid exposure to the Reactive Cost, we recommend that you have your Compensation system checked at regular intervals.
If your electricity is cut off for any reason, never turn on your electricity using your own means. The distribution company is authorized for the opening and cut-off operations. Otherwise, Distribution Companies have the right to implement the provisions on the illegal use of electrical energy.
You are required to inform İSETAŞ and cancel your subscription with the Distribution Company if you move your meter from where it is located or you shut down your workplace.
We would like to remind that we will not be legally responsible for the invoices and payments that might arise afterward if the subscription is not canceled.
Once you leave our portfolio, you need to sign a contract with another Electricity Retail Sales (Supplier) Company as soon as possible.
The Distribution Company can issue an Illegal Usage Invoice to the subscribers who do not sign a new contract.
We kindly ask you to contact İSETAŞ to renew your current contract according to the latest tariff and market conditions.
Also, during your contract periods, you can request an assessment for an update and you can renew your commitments by making a new contract.
