İSETAŞ is a municipal economic enterprise and a joint-stock company, the capital of which belongs to four major İBB Subsidiaries.
ISETAŞ ISTANBUL ELEKTRİK TEDARİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ was established to be managed among the founders whose titles are written below under the provisions of this main contract as stipulated by the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 on the (sudden) establishment, with the registration of the provisions of its main contract numbered 72500 and dated 14.04.2021.
